    Q: What Is the Parking Situation At The Tremont?
    A: Our overnight valet rates are $34+tax.

    Q: How Does Cruise Parking Work?
    A: Cruise parking is only available when the Stay, Park, Sail package is booked 21 or more days prior to arrival. There is a 14-day cancellation policy in place and limited packages available per day. The Stay, Park, Sail package is one charge of $100 plus tax in addition to your guestroom rate and includes one night of hotel valet and up to seven days of cruise parking. The hotel will only offer drop-off and pick-up at the cruise port for those who book the Stay, Park and Sail Package. Please visit the following link to book: Click Here.

    Q: Do You Offer Airport Transportation?
    A: The hotel does not offer transportation to and from the airport. A taxi or Super Shuttle would be the best option.

    Q: Do You Have A Shuttle That Runs Around The Island?
    A: The City of Galveston has resumed its Trolley operations. There is a trolley stop at 23rd and Mechanic.

    Q. How can you help with my oversized items?
    A. Guests traveling with any oversized items, utilizing the valet -shuttle, will need prior approval from valet for any oversized items being transported. Oversized items include: scooter for assisted walking, golf bags, car seats, surf boards.


    Policies

    Q: Do You Allow Pets?
    A: We allow pets up to 40 lbs only. A $100 non-refundable fee is required. Click here to view our policy.

    Q: What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    A: Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in time to avoid a fee of one night's room/tax. Advance Purchase and other non-refundable reservations may not be canceled due to the nature of the reservation. These reservations require full payment and cannot be amended once booked.

    Q: What Is Check-In Time?
    A: 4 PM

    Q: Can I Check In Earlier Than 4 PM?
    A: Guests are free to arrive anytime on the day of arrival. If a room is available for early check-in the Front Desk is happy to check you in. However, if one is not ready Bell Staff will be happy to store your luggage until the room becomes available.

    Q: What Time Is Check-Out?
    A: 12 PM

    A: Late checkouts are granted based on availability. Please see the Front Desk for details.

    Q: Are There Microwaves And Refrigerators In The Rooms?
    A: We have small refrigerators available. We do not offer microwaves. You can view all of our in-room amenities here.

    A: We do not have a pool on-site

    Q: Do You Have A Restaurant And Bar On Site?
    A: Yes, Blum & Co. is open for breakfast lunch and dinner from 7:00 am to 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and from 7:00 am to 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. The Tremont House offers two bars: 1888 Toujouse Bar and The Rooftop Bar. The Toujouse Bar offers live music on Thursday evenings from 6:00-9:00 PM.

    Q: How do I request an accessible room?
    A: To request an accessible room, please book an accessible room online or request an accessible room when making a reservation over the phone.

    Q: What age must I be to check into the property?
    A: Guests must be 21 to check in

    Q: What do I need to bring at hotel check-in?
    A: At check in you will be asked to provide a valid ID and proof of payment. If you have booked a reservation using a membership discount or corporate code you will be asked to provide proof of membership or employment.
