This turn of the 20th century theatre, which is within walking distance of The Tremont House, is truly a one-of-a-kind venue. In addition to being listed in the National Register of Historic Places, it was named the Official Opera House of Texas by the state legislature in 1993. An eclectic line-up of shows is scheduled throughout the year, including music acts like The Blind Boys of Alabama and solo performances such as "Vicki Lawrence & Mama: A Two Woman Show."
